He started a new chapter after last week, the dancer finished up his dancing gig on the BBC One show's live tour
Strictly Come Dancing star Graziano Di Prima has been flooded with support from his co-stars and fans as she admitted 'I can't believe it' as he started a new chapter. Last week, the dancer finished up his dancing gig on the BBC One show's live tour.
Graziano was paired with Annabel Croft for the string of live shows which saw Strictly's pro dancers and stars from the 2023 series travel up and down the country, performing in arenas for three weeks.
Taking to her Instagram Story ahead of the last show on Sunday (February 11), former tennis star Annabel shared a video of herself and Graziano practising their moves behind the scenes, saying: "Thank you partner! @grazianodiprima What an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Can't believe it's all coming to an end."
Graziano also shared a gorgeous snap of the pair in matching red outfits and said: "Thank you to this extraordinary woman!! You are a pure gem!! So glad we had the chance to dance together!! @annabel_croft," to which Annabel publically responded: "Thank YOU @grazianodiprima for being such a kind, patient and wonderful dance partner! It has been an honour to dance with you."
But there's been no rest for Graziano as he has turned his attention straight to his own show. The Italian star announced in October 2023 that this year, he'd be embarking on his first-ever solo tour.
He said at the time: "This is one of the moments that I have worked my whole life for… my very own tou. I wanted to share my life and my journey in the only way I know… through dance, beside me I will have the best partner in dance and in life, my wife and leading lady @giada.lini.
"I hope to see you there and I want to show that no matter where you come from and who you are, no one can hold you back from achieving your dreams. Swipe to check the venues near you and book your tickets now by clicking the link in my bio. I am so grateful to be able to share my story with you and I cannot wait to see you there."
And now, the tour is just weeks away from getting started. So fresh from the Strictly live tour, Graziano headed to work on his Believe - My Life on Stage shows. Sharing a video on Instagram of how his first day of rehearsals panned out, the 29-year-old said: "I can’t believe this is happening!!
"The biggest project I have done in my career so far; it’s time to start rehearsing for my tour, Believe. I’m telling the story of my life, through the art of dance. I am so excited… That kid would have been so proud!! For all of you who are reading this.. Keep dreaming, fighting and mostly BELIEVE IN YOUR DREAMS #livingthedream."
Graziano's 2023 Strictly partner Zara McDermott was quick to respond, writing: "Can’t wait." Fellow pro dance Dianne Buswell commented: "goodluck my friend," while Nancy Xu posted: "Good luck with everything, my friends." It Takes Two host Janette Manrara also replied: "Congratulations!! Amazing news!!"
